The Human Resources Assistant assists with the administration of the day to day operations of the human resources functions and duties, contributes to the accomplishment of HR practises and objectives that will provide an employee orientated high performance culture that emphasises productivity, goal attainment, quality and on-going recruitment of a superior workforce.

Assist department with performance/probation reviews

CIPD Qualifications beneficial
Duties will include;
Supporting with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and processing changes
Handling requests including joiners/leavers/maternity/paternity/flexible working
Maintaining accurate and secure records
Monitoring and reporting on sickness
Supporting the wider HR team with adhoc projects
Attending meetings with the HR team and department heads
Providing basic HR and employee relations support, coaching and guidance where necessary
Acting as the first point of contact for employees.
