Proven leadership in developing highperforming HR teams.
Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with evolving policies and procedures in a startup environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and experience in employee relations.
Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in using digital tools.
