Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience 2 year in a leadership role.
  

• Experience in earlystage startups or dynamic fastpaced environments.
  

• Proven leadership in developing highperforming HR teams.
  

• Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Comfortable with evolving policies and procedures in a startup environment.
  

• Strong problemsolving skills and experience in employee relations.
  

• Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in using digital tools.
