- Monitor and manage our Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure its reliability, availability, and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching, updates, and configuration changes.
- Incident and Problem Resolution:
- Respond to and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on operations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Azure services.
- Performance Optimization:
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Azure resources to achieve optimal application performance.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend scaling strategies based on usage trends.
