Technical Lead

• 10 years of total experience with 3 years of experience as Technical Lead.
  
• Experience in PHP MEAN MERN Java Dot Net Python Apache/Nginx WebServices Caching using Memcache/Redis/APC/Varnish Angular/Vue.js/React.js.
  
• Implementation of MVC pattern 3rd party API integration.
  
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements with scalable architecture design.
  
• Strong leadership project management skills time management and problemsolving skills.
  
• Experience in building/managing large volume scalable platforms.
  
• Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile with DevOps (CI/CD etc).
  
• Experience with development methodologies content management systems and source control systems continuous integration etc.
  

Requirements

• Understand business requirements and participate in the project discussions in solution design estimate and deliver secure/highly performing code.
  
• Design and develop highvolume consumerfacing applications delivering highavailability and performance.
  
• Develop systems meeting the functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements (performance security scalability maintainability operational costs).
  
• Maximize the productivity of the project team by choosing an effective development environment establishing technical standards training team members and providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
  
• Participate in presales activities to demonstrate the technical capabilities of the organization. This might involve answering technical questions as well as building proofofconcept products.
  
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies tools procedures and techniques to align with the organization s future focus in terms of technology.
