- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste according to the companys recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus for various events and functions.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and freshness of products.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances for proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Adapt cooking methods and ingredients to cater to specific dietary requirements and preferences as requested by clients.
- Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and menu items to expand the catering offerings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Continuously seek to improve cooking techniques and kitchen efficiency.
- Participate in training and workshops to stay updated with culinary trends and enhance cooking skills.
