Job description:
As our Community Manager you will be the central point of contact for the ambassadors the local field (IRE) team as well as our global internal advocacy team. This is a critical role for ensuring that key strategy objectives and messaging is passed through to the field team and ambassadors as well as being reported back with constant feedback and development. Engagement is reported back with constant feedback and development to the client and the program team. The position also includes:
Lead training advocacy content and activations in a digital platform towards the end user
Execute and develop the strategicframework into daily activities such as trainings conversation and digital experiences with the intention to enforce store relationship and drive sell out performance and store compliance
Lead the work of the IRE team in the platform as well as running and developing local strategies for the engagement program
Engage with users in the program as well as with key stake holders daily to make sure we deliver the bestinclass engagement program
Ensure digital and physical support to wholesale partners to ensure store compliance POS maintenance and store management relationships
Come up with ideas and activating digital and physical activations and events in the retail environment through a digitally led strategy
You will have support from both Intel and the engagement team at WorkShop to execute and create content for the retail staff to take part of. Activations can consist of physical events or trainings in store environment or other locations as well as digital and virtual live trainings either in the platform or through other platforms. The role doesnt have any staff liability but you are responsible for supporting the local IRE team in their strategic work.
Role requirements:
A passion for gaming & Computing
Interest in innovative consumer electronics
Experience in leading a team for field visits and events with digital focus
Online social community management experience
Previous experience of training content creation and implementation in retail
Knowledge of running and developing an ambassador incentive program
Director level communication experience
Fluent in English and Swedish
Previous experience in retail environment or key electronics retailers
Willing to travel between head office locations and with the field team
Placement: Stockholm
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
