Head of HR

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our client. The Head of HR will support key departments and strategic projects that underpin our clients ongoing journey of business change and transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to support the change in a highperforming organisation with offices spread across several continents where some of your first tasks will be to business partner very closely with key senior stakeholders. In this role you will formulate people plans analyse the effectiveness of HR operations and policies procedures and tools. The Head of HR will also help develop strategic projects relating to employee engagement reward organisational change performance management talent management and employee relations together with other teams within the HR Department.

This is a big role suited for a senior HR professional with a high reward. In order to achieve this we envision that you will be using your exceptional stakeholder management skills you will drive engagement and influence key stakeholders and their senior leadership teams to consider the risks and benefits of their decisions. All to ensure our client remains competitive in the global talent market especially within the iGaming and betting industry.

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Responsibilities:

As Head of HR your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to enable and drive our clients people strategy define and deliver relevant people plans that support the functional agenda as that agenda evolves.
  • Own initiatives that enhance the culture capacity and capability required to build engaged highperforming inclusive teams in the context of the evolving business landscape.
  • Own the delivery of people plans across the relevant business portfolio to make us the natural home for the worlds best talent by attracting developing and empowering the people who power and protect the growing family of brands.
  • Strategically partner with senior leaders to deliver business objectives through their people and talent agenda.
  • Provide support to the managers that equip them to lead and engage highperforming inclusive teams.
  • Collaborate with relevant HR centres of excellence and other relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships across relevant stakeholder groups within the evolving landscape of our departments brands and locations across the group.
  • Develop manager capability through coaching challenge and development interventions.
  • Effectively embed core people processes across the employee lifecycle and encompassing reward & recognition engagement talent performance and diversity equity and inclusion to deliver on strategic people priorities.
  • Use people analytics and insights to inform monitor and assess decisions and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and continually optimise our clients HR processes and policies.

HR Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team fostering a warm and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our clients global objectives ensuring compliance with local regulations in various jurisdictions.

HR Systems: Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure high data standards and operational excellence maintenance of HR systems and other HR systems ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients organisation and support efficient HR processes.

Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with local labour laws across various geographies.

KPIs and Measurements: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Global Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the internal Rewards teams to benchmark global salary and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent while remaining competitive in the market.

iGaming Expertise: Leverage your industry experience to address specific HR challenges and opportunities unique to our field.

Trusted HR advisor: Able to coach senior leaders and their direct reports on leadership effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 or more years as a Head of HR or similar role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global organisation with multiple locations in various jurisdictions.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR systems policies and KPIs.
  • Extensive experience in managing global salary and benefit benchmarks.
  • A deep understanding of the iGaming industry and its HR dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with a warm and caring demeanour.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations.

Candidates with Experience in iGaming Betting Management Consulting Firms or Fintech Companies:
