Requirements

Job Description:

Expertise in managing MS Teams Calling

Experience with troubleshooting routing issues between MS Teams Tenant SBC and UCM Infrastructures

Configure chat video conferencing and collaboration features.

Knowledge of E911 Services and Security Policies

Familiarity with MS UC Devices (MTR) configuration and setup

Support of MS Teams Calling including but not limited to:

MACD (Move Add Changes Delete) for MS Teams Calling user Profiles

Troubleshooting in cooperation with MS Teams Calling provider

Managing and troubleshooting of routing issues between MS Teams Tenant Session Border Control (SBC) and the UCM Infrastructures in cooperation with AWS Cloud Team Network Team Security Team Cyber Security Team and additional Service Organizations if required

Monitoring of the health status of all SBC and Trunks and reacting to alarms

Managing of IP Address Ranges for E911 Services and Security Policies

Documentation of all relevant information such as phone number assignment to individual

Setup of new Sites and testing following the standard LLD (LowLevel Design)

Phone number assignment to MS Teams for Operator Connect in cooperation with Cloud Carrier End User Support

MS UC Devices (MTR) configuration of phone numbers for Audio Calling setup in cooperation with Field Engineers

Managing and providing support for system monitoring user management and platform management.

Incident/troubleshooting management

Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels users and guest access.

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.

Identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations processes and best practices.

Generate reports on usage adoption and system health.

Willing to work in 24X7 support model

Keyskills : MS Teams TenantSBCUCM. Knowledge in using other collaborative tools like zoom Webex and Skype is needed
