Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Typically, you do not need a college degree, but a bachelor's degree in business administration or sales is preferred. Previous sales experience or relevant training courses may be beneficial.
Personal skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Ability to handle work pressure and deal tactfully with customers.
Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services being sold, with the ability to explain their features and benefits to potential customers.
Practical skills: The ability to use computer tools and office software, and deal with the customer relationship management system (CRM), if available.
