Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie Line Cook (Cook) at Osso you will play a pivotal role in our kitchens success. You will directly report to the Chef. Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving preparing and monitoring food deliveries storage and handling.

Maintaining and adjusting kitchen equipment to ensure optimal condition.

Skillfully preparing producing and finishing menu items.

Adapting cooking procedures and recipes to accommodate allergens and dietary requirements.

Developing documenting and costing menu updates specials and modifications.

Mentoring training and supervising junior team members and apprentices.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role you should have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a largescale kitchen.

Culinary qualifications that showcase your dedication to the craft.

Expertise in cooking a wide variety of cuisines for private dining and functions.
