Tasks

What do we expect from you
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative you are at the forefront of our growth strategy. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and is crucial in generating qualified enterprise leads and opportunities for our sales team. Your goal is to make the sales representatives of SpendLab successful by organizing enough meetings per week. Your mission includes:

  • Generate New Enterprise Sales Opportunities: Through a balanced approach of qualifying incoming leads and strategic outbound approaches identify potential business prospects.
  • Consultative Qualification: Utilize MEDDIC (Metrics Economic Buyer Decision Process Decision Criteria Identify Pain Champion) to evaluate and qualify prospects during initial discussions ensuring they align well with our solutions.
  • Expand Sales Pipeline: Execute both warm and cold outbound campaigns to contribute to the growth of the top of the sales funnel. When revelent attend networking events to build rapport with Csuite executives.
  • Industry Research and Prospect List Building: Investigate target companies and populate our prospect lists to support outbound sales efforts.
  • Master Cold Calling and Emailing: Make daily cold calls/emails and participate in collaborative learning sessions with fellow SDRs to continuously refine coldcalling strategies.
  • Network: A relevant network at the Clevel within large corporates.CRM Management: Diligently update Salesforce Salesloft and relevant tooling to maintain client information to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking.

Requirements

What does your profile look like
If youre passionate about driving enterprise sales growth and possess a knack for identifying and engaging with highpotential prospects then SpendLab Recovery is seeking you to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative youll play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads nurturing relationships and closing deals that make a tangible impact for our clients and our companys growth trajectory;

  • A bachelors degree or an equivalent level of thinking;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative;
  • A proven track record in customerfacing and/or sales roles at B2B software companies;
  • Experience in selling financial services or products demonstrating an understanding of the complexities of the industry;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably experienced with Salesforce and Salesloft;
  • The ability to grasp and articulate financial services and basic accounting terms;
  • Demonstrable qualities of perseverance and resilience especially when faced with rejection;
  • Fluency in English Dutch and/or another language is a plus;
  • You are residing in Amsterdam and available for 40 hours per week.
