Head of Marketing Operations

As the Head of Marketing Operations reporting directly to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence enhancing efficiency and fostering the growth and success of our business across multiple markets. Your primary responsibility will be to support and align the marketing operations of country managers and commercial owners ensuring that marketing strategies are seamlessly executed and yield the desired results.

Responsibilities:

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including acquisition customer service CRM creative and data analytics to align marketing operations with business objectives.
  • Support acquisition marketing teams providing guidance mentorship and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Building strong relationships with Commercial owners responsible for markets and brands.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including acquisition customer service CRM creative and data analytics to enable commercial owners.
  • Represent the voice of markets and marketing in the operational forum of the business.

Marketing Excellence:

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes and best practices to ensure efficient campaign execution from planning and setup to tracking and reporting.
  • Build transparency across the business by hosting quarterly planning with commercial owners.
  • Be the goto person for quick overviews of all upcoming ongoing and past marketing campaigns across all brands and markets.
  • Optimise and streamline campaign workflows
  • Monitor Marketing budgets to ensure all commercial plans are kept on track towards hitting KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders identifying areas of improvement and actionable insights.

Affiliation;

  • Oversee marketing technology platforms including affiliate tracking systems (myaffiliates) and work with tools like GA4 and similar marketing tools.
  • Own the affiliate tool and manage all requirements and affiliation platform requests from commercial owners.
  • Own the affiliate platform brand at conferences aligning with all brand owners on brand representation.
  • Ensure the successful setup of affiliation program and tracking of new brands
  • Work with affiliate managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets tracking codes and reporting documentation for affiliates.
  • Foster strong relationships with affiliates and other external traffic providers to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.

Technology and Innovation:

  • On behalf of commercial owners carry forward product improvements campaigns and site optimisation requests to the operations team and provide followups on these actions back to commercial owners.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends marketing technologies and regulatory changes in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space.

Requirements:

  • Experience in either a Multimarket or multibrand company is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on myaffiliates experience is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations in the iGaming industry or a related field.
  • Indepth understanding of acquisition and retention marketing with specific interest in affiliate marketing principles campaign setup tracking and optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms including affiliate tracking systems analytics platforms and CMS systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a highperforming team.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in process optimisation project management and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment and manage multiple priorities.
