Construction Manager

Blue Sky Tie Down Systems is actively seeking a Project Manager for our growing company. This position is a fulltime position with opportunity for growth and advancement. All Project Managers must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and will require them to have construction knowledge be organized motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule the shipment of products and services for the project to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain communication with customers and/or key individuals to track the status of each project.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure the correct product is delivered within the scheduled time.
• Work with customers to make sure that all onsite problems are resolved/addressed in a timely manner. and nbsp;Including answering or problemsolving technical questions related to our projects scope.
• Work to build relationships with existing and new customers by providing a high level of communication and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read construction plans.
• 1 3 years of construction experience preferred
• Proficient Communication Skills
• Associates / Bachelor degree Or level of experience in Multifamily
• SelfMotivated Individual with desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
• 13 years Customer Service/Sales based Experience
