Quality Control Lab Analyst - Mechanical CPT

• Involvement in testing of new products where relevant
  

• Ad hoc testing of samples (complaints problem solving etc.) and reporting on the findings
  

• Developing new routine QC testing methods and procedures
  

• Developing and implementing new testing methods
  

• Commissioning new testing equipment and ensuring that all current testing methods stay relevant to product application
  

• Calibrating and verifying of testing equipment
  

• In general ensuring accurate reliable and repeatable data output
  

• A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/or equivalent
  

• A minimum of 2 years experience as an Analyst in an analytical role
  

• Have an ability to write reports and give feedback effectively
  

• Have an ability to analyse problems critically and find root causes
  

• Ability to organize
  

• Analytical thinking
  

• Understanding of quality processes and products in the business
  

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
