Job Description:

Sell2Rent is looking for a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to play a crucial role in our real estate transactions ensuring smooth progression from pendingtoclosing. This remote position open exclusively to candidates in LATAM offers an exceptional opportunity to grow in the real estate sector while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate real estate transactions effectively ensuring compliance from pendingtoclosing stages.
  • Manage data entry of client information into our database track transaction activities and maintain document compliance with office broker requirements.
  • Schedule and oversee home inspections and repairs playing a pivotal role in negotiation processes.
  • Administer all administrative tasks from purchase agreement execution to closing focusing on home buyer and seller transactions.
  • Expedite the transaction process by obtaining seller approvals for buyer offers and counteroffers.
  • Coordinate and attend closingrelated events including managing moving schedules.
  • Manage postclosing systems and maintain communication with past clients.
  • Keep lead agents updated on issues requiring attention or resolution.
  • Implement projects and tasks as assigned by agents.
  • Manage lead generation track business sources and maintain team performance metrics.
  • Organize calendars and appointments for multiple team members.
  • Provide customer service negotiate inspection responses and address closing issues.
  • Ensure contract compliance through to the closing phase.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing financial systems and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications Bachelor s degree economics, finance, international business and background in analytics 2+ years of relevant work experience Experience working in a customer relationship management platform (CRM - Zoho CRM is a plus) Knowledge of real estate is a plus Required english proficiency (C1) Outstanding communication skills written and verbal Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
