This is a remote position.

Clear Measure is seeking an Account Executive to target our Ideal Customer Profile.


Target Industries: Education Finance Insurance Healthcare and Technology in the United States with an annual revenue range of $50MM$500MM inclusive of startups with lower revenue on a growth trajectory.


Other Factors for Target Clients:

  • Utilizes .NET Azure technology with an inhouse tech executive and yearround developers.
  • History of hiring contractors/consultants; projects needing outside help.
  • Conducted budget analysis and allocated funds for specific projects.
  • Urgent need for external assistance due to missioncritical project delays hiring delays leading to shortterm needs like layoffs.
  • Existing staff includes .NET developers already using or planning to use Azure and SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

  • Building managing and expanding a client portfolio.
  • Conducting consultations crafting proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Achieving gross margin targets across assigned clients.
  • Communicating internal resource requirements.
  • Contributing to Clear Measure Ways thought leadership by creating and delivering content.

Job Duties:

  • Business development brand representation and fostering existing and potential client relationships.
  • Implementing sales strategies executing the sales process and managing customer relationships through CRM.
  • Maximizing customer lifetime value through feedback analysis dormant account management and ensuring customer success.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts actively working accounts.

Requirements

  • Executive leadership reporting to Csuite executives
  • Knowledge of a project lifecycle and highlevel best practices of successful software project execution
  • Highlevel understanding of software architecture and DevOps as it relates to the Microsoft platform.
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Collaboration and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders
  • Excellent communication and influential skills

Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role A creative mindset and a genuine passion for marketing. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign implementation. Participate in market research activities to gather insights that contribute to our marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including content, presentations, and collateral. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and activities. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools Well-organized and detail-oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Collaborates with other team members BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Zoho Suite), WordPress and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.) MS Office / Google Docs Zoho Suite Word Press Google AdWords Camtasia Canva CoSchedule Zoom
