Purpose of the Job:
This job exists to create develop and retain dominant market share for abrasive
products in the region. The jobholder ensures that when the market requires CUMI products reach the
consumption points by way of a wellestablished dealer network.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. coverage of the established network through the method of journey plan
and place the stocks on the visible shelf space.
2. Do activities to promote our product product placement at Industrial product supplier counter
3. Increase our product reach increase number of counters develop new customers
4. Generate secondary sales Techno commercial discussion at Subdealers traders and end users
5. Support our Channel by secondary orders new product placement new customer share shift to
achieve dealers / area targets.
6. Handle the channel network such that CUMIs products are available at consumption points at all
times to ensure that we don t lose any sales due to stock outs.
7. Strive towards channel expansion marketing activities brand building and creating pull for our
products in the assigned geography
8. Conduct trials at customer end against competition and business share shift / gain market share.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Diploma Mechanical Engineer / B. Tech / Relevant industry experience with
channel and direct sales
Industry: Abrasives Industrial consumables Welding Electrode Power Tools Cutting Tools etc.
