As the Account Executive for Platos Health in Nigeria you will be a vital member of our commercial team focused on driving sales and establishing partnerships to propel Platos growth within the healthcare and medical ecosystem Your primary responsibilities include generating nurturing and closing highquality leads with a particular focus on hospitals (primary secondary tertiary) Independent clinicians HMOs and corporations Additionally you will contribute to shaping and executing the sales strategy laying the foundation for the sales division within the commercial team
This role also requires you to make impactful contributions to the sale and presale campaigns for the company s products

Hospitals Clinicians Corporate and Clinics Acquisitions
Explore and Identify potential clients/partners within the medical sector
Liaise with and persuade targeted hospitals clinicians and clinics to use our product by utilizing effective selling skills and performing costbenefit analysis
Research client requirements by communicating with clients to understand anticipate and meet their needs
Assess clients needs determine product fit and communicate the product value proposition to meet client s goals and objectives
Negotiate and finalize technical and commercial terms for possible deals with clients
Explore and develop a business plan/strategy to create partnerships with health insurance and corporate organizations
Pitch Platos programs to companies by effectively selling the programs and performing costbenefit analysis for these companies 
Develop business partnerships with labs and pharmacies to provide Platos users with affordable lab and pharmacy products 
Identify and build other growth opportunities for Platos within the medical sector
Attend seminars and conferences in order to find potential partners and clients
Identify and execute sale targets of the company s smart devices
Use appropriate channels to promote and sell the available devices
Support the presale campaigns
years experience as a BB and BBBC account executive sales executive with the necessary sales experience is acceptable
Ability to use presentation tools such as PowerPoint Keynote and Google Slides and document tools such as MS Word and Google Docs Excel skill is a plus
Sales experience involving MedTech organizations with proven solution sales management experience
Proven track record in executing endtoend deals
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
