Our significant growth has led us to invest further across the business to increase revenue, partnerships with our customers and in turn grow our product portfolio further. With this comes requirements for a Product Success Manager to join our Fueller family!

Reporting directly into the Head of Operations, this will be a key role within the business, being responsible for overseeing the development and management of both existing and potential new products. Whilst owning complete end to product development, from research to launch.

Alongside this, you will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store and what we can do for our clients.

Brief Overview:

Permanent Opportunity: Full Time

Basic Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 Dependent on experience

Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)



Requirements

  • To be able to comfortably own end to end product development - Research to launch.
  • Analyse data to recommend products and developments to current product set.
  • Ability to define a clear strategy and vision for our products.
  • The knowledge to detail a clear product roadmap outlining the timeline for product development, enhancements, and updates.
  • Review & analyse commercial performance of current product set.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to present and provide training material to multiple teams across both sales and operations.
  • To liaise with suppliers and partners and being comfortable to be accountable with those relationships.
  • The want, and desire to keep up to date with industry trends.
  • To be able to find the perfect balance across customer needs and business goals.
  • The confidence to actively seek out customer feedback and feel user satisfaction.

To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store s success, you will need:

  • Experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Line Management experience is desirable, however not essential.
  • Around 3 years in a Product Manager position or similar.
  • Strong MS office experience, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner/products
  • Presenting Comfortable delivering a presentation to stakeholder.
  • An analytical thinker, with experience to demonstrate.
  • Commercial awareness in relation to business objectives.

As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have:

  • Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works, not just WHY.
  • Resilience and ability to focus on the detail but not forget the bigger picture.

  • Excellent communicator and act as an ambassador for all stakeholders
  • Ability to be logical when making decisions.

Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focussing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis To contribute to The Fuel Store s success, you will need: Ideally at least one years experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Door to door, Recruitment) Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have: Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment Ambitions to earn a lot of money!
