The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling Englishspeaking companies and speaking to the IT managers There is no selling on the phone Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant ITrelated topics The aim of the call is to generate a lead setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our clients sales representative During our signature Warm Handover you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients such as Intel Dell Fujitsu learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decisionmakers around the globe

Uncapped Commission System

Our commission system means the more leads you generate the more money you earn without a cap As a BDR at BNZSA you make your own luck And if money is not everything there is also professional growth on the menu As said our company is growing and we know that BNZSAs future leaders will come from our core

And by the way in case our story resonates with you but you do not have any proven experience no worries we will take care of that! We have an excellent onboarding process at the end of which you will be a confident BNZSA BDR

• Native English
• High level in another European language is desirable but not required
• Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus but not a requirement
• Targetdriven mentality &#x cando attitude
• The place of residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid)
• Able to work legally in Spain
