IT Project Manager Infrastructure

At Kapres Technology we are looking for a Project Manager to work with us for a world-leading insurance company!

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of the company's entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.

Responsibilities:

At the side of the Design and End-Poin Platform managers, structure and manage the interactions and dependencies between Modern Devices and the other domains or programs, including leading (or representing the product line in) transversal governances the following teams:

o CyberDefense

o Network

o M365 (Collaboration)

o One ID Program (IAM)

Insure up/down communication with the product teams and assure the right level of contribution from them on other domain s programs (One ID, One Network )

Lead or support associated technical transversal activities with these teams

Insure directly or via management of a dedicated Project manager, project management on technical transversal projects, such as Component and E2E onboarding process securing, MTSB implementation, One ID MVPs implementation.

Requirements:

Experience in creating and leading governance across different teams

Capacity to influence without authority

Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent topics at once

Understanding of Workplace technologies, and ideally Endpoint Technologies

English proficiency

Desirable:

• French proficiency

The position requires that you be already living in Madrid, although it is a remote position, it is required to go to the office from time to time between once every two weeks or every month.
