Marketing Assistant

GovFirst is currently seeking a 100% REMOTE Technical Product Manager to join our Client's Solutions Delivery team.

Your primary responsibility as a technical product manager is to shape the future of our client s low-code/ no-code enterprise software products in major markets. The desired candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant career experience managing the full product development lifecycle and a demonstrated successful track record in bringing new-to-market and updated releases to market.

To be successful as a technical product manager, you should possess previous experience in software and web development and an in-depth understanding of our company's software products and services.

• Prioritize what we should build and when by collaborating with stakeholders on product strategy and making data-driven decisions
  
• Define how those features will work and look through close collaboration with engineers in design sessions, mockups, UX review, and usability testing
  
• Cultivate a deep understanding of your users and customers. Be their advocate
  
• Manage your team's backlog through planning and working with devs
  
• Share ideas and receive feedback on new features through presentations to stakeholders and collaborators
  
• Ensure successful delivery of features and participate in go-to-market activities (documentation, training, webinars, etc.)
  
• Follow your work through to customer impact by tracking adoption/usage, talking to customers and partners, prioritizing bugs and enhancements, and recommending additional investments to meet the market
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of work experience in product management and shipping successful products.
  
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related field.
  
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  
• High effectiveness in working in cross-functional teams
  
• Sharp analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive action
  
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with a proven ability to prioritize, negotiate and execute to accomplish amazing things
  
• Knowledgeable about leading players in the enterprise software space and various sub-space, and can clearly articulate each player's strengths and weaknesses in respective space.
  
• Ability to draw clarity out of complex and ever-changing environments; comfortable working through ambiguity
  
• Time management and being task-oriented: We work with lots of clients at once and always stick to our deadlines, so the ideal candidates should be highly organized and diligent.

Desired Skills

• Experience and responsibility for delivering low-code applications or working on other development automation tools/platforms

Required Education:

• B.S./B.A. or above in Computer Science, Product Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
