Roles & Responsibilities-

Develop, install, configure and maintain automated CI:CD solutions ( pipelines ).

Develop, install, configure and maintain automated cloud infrastructure provisioning and

management solutions and encourage the infrastructure as code way of thinking

Create and review infrastructure and pipeline design and ensure their compatibility with the end-to-end solution design

Takes responsibility for ensuring that solutions adhere to architectural and quality standards and

Assist developers and testers with pipeline related issues, provide day-to-day direction to team members and be the first point of contact for CI:CD and cloud infrastructure related

Keep up-to-date on the wider industry regulations, standards and

Provide technical leadership to less senior members of the

Promotion of innovation, quality and exploration of new ideas as a culture

Requirements

Strong understanding of application development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, ) and experience of working in Agile scrum

Strong Knowledge of Cloud concepts, DevOps and CI:CD

Strong knowledge of one or more source control tools like Git, Github, Bitbucket,

Strong knowledge of one or more build tools like Maven, Gradle

Strong knowledge of scripted and declarative Jenkins pipeline

Strong Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and automation technologies (Chef, Terraform )

Strong knowledge of software containerization concept and

Familiarity with a broad portfolio of AWS services (EBS, S3, EC2, Elastic IP, Route 53, VPC)

Knowledge in one or more scripting languages for automation like shell, python, ruby

Experience on container orchestration using

Expert skill in any of the following tools and systems: (will vary depending on the job): Docker, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Salt, Git, MongoDB (or other NoSQL DB).
