We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients understanding their needs goals and challenges
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and how they can best meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless onboarding implementation and ongoing support for clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive the adoption of additional products or services
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels address any concerns and provide solutions
  • Process milestones for the clients and Recruitment to work toward
  • Facilitate between Client requests & our operation team
  • Account Farming
  • Promote the value of the service to existing Clients
  • Upsell services to our existing clients
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in business consulting or HR consulting is a plus
  • years of proven experience in a clientfacing role including years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Experience in the GCC market is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
