Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Familiarity with HRIS, knowledge of labor legislation, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills etc.
Local candidates with transferable visa are preferred.
