Southeast Texas HR is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Support Member to join our team in the retail industry. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, our company has a reputation for excellence in selecting top talent. As our Inside Sales/Customer Service Support Member, you will be processing online sales orders for a wide variety of customers, providing excellent customer service, and tracking orders all while following internal control procedures and audits. This will be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidate. This job is a Monday - Friday days position and pay will be $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily online sales orders to ensure product is available and ready to ship
  
• Research customer service issues
  
• Communicate with department managers for service and order approvals
  
• Assist tracking incoming and outgoing orders
  
• Provide support to other team members
  
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• 2 or more years of customer service and sales experience
  
• Excellent computer skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Good communication and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
