Open Position: Regional Organisation Change Manager (Shared Services Company)
A Shared Services Company is currently looking for Organisation Change Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur You will be working closely with the Project Management team to drive and implement Change Management initiatives for new IT products development and
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the overall change management activities within a structured process framework with experience in managing IT related projects
- Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk
- Supporting training and communication as part of change management process including designing or delivering specialised training resources to all users
- Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
- Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level
- Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change
- Review change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting a higher risk to the overall project implementations
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request and implementation strategy
- Good leadership skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and be decisive under pressure
- Working closely with different stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, Business, Marketing and etc with the ability to communicate and build rapport
