Hourly pay range $18.00 - $20.00/hour

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Requirements :
- Performs a number of basic and routine electronic/mechanical assembly operations on components or subassemblies.
- Under general supervision uses visual aids, verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble units.
- Will be required to have adequate soldering, and cable connectors and wire harness techniques. Receives instructions on all work
- Uses tools such as drills, soldering irons, screwdrivers, precision measuring instruments and other hand held tools.
- Under direct supervision, may be responsible for performing routine tests to ensure production quality standards are met.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Requires:
High school diploma or equivalent
General work experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
Minimum of 3 months STI soldering experience preferred.
Ability to work with:
Ability to work in a crowded, busy work area with loud noise from drills and air guns. Ability to work overtime during peak periods of production.
