The POS Systems Administrator will manage the companys admissions and Sales Ticketing Systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform System Administration for Observatory Admissions/Sales Ticketing Systems.
  • Provide ongoing Level 1 and Level 2 software and support for the Observatory Ticketing platform
  • Support multiple departments, including Admissions, Operations. Sales, and Accounting Departments.
  • Escalate issues, both software and hardware, to appropriate vendor support
  • Configurationand integrationof 3rdparty travel partners.
  • Creation and development of reports and dashboards.
  • Integration of data into Salesforce.
  • Software updates or upgrades to Ticketing System.
  • Documentation of current and future SOPs and Procedures.
  • Train key end users on Ticketing Applications as needed.
  • Ability to work in an Agile Methodology

TECHNICALSKILLS

  • Ticketing Software Platform Experience.
  • SOX Compliance.
  • Website, HTML, CSS knowledge and experience
  • Basic SSRS, Sales Force, Power BI, or Reporting Equivalent Knowledge.
  • Basic Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.

ABILITIES

  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
  • Communicate with internal/external clients in a calm, polite, respectful, and professional manner;
  • Display strong project management skills completing assignments in a timely fashion;
  • Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organization skills with an attention to details;
  • Able to work both independently, as a member of a team environment;
  • Keep abreast of current and new technology system advances and their potential application to address user business requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software support and configuration.
  • 2+ years of experience in Tourism/Attraction Industry, specifically Ticketing Software
