SoftLabs is seeking a Business Analyst for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in

The Department is delivering a multi-year, strategic business, and digital transformation The Program is being delivered using an Agile framework, so requirement for Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of this major IT capability uplift

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be a team player and a resourceful self-starter, who is oriented towards problem solving and providing good program support
  
• Work with various multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT) to deliver components of business and system
  
• Ability in using a blend of PRINCE2, MSP, and Agile methods
  

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years experience as an Agile Business
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to managing stakeholder engagement and delivery
  
• A strong understanding of, and experience working with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and
  
• Experience with human-centred design and thorough understanding of Digital Transformation Agency
  
• Experience with process modelling, journey mapping, drafting, and refining user stories and managing requirements within a product
  
• Experience championing business needs in MDT discussions and translating technical outcomes into business focused
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in using Microsoft
  
• Experience leading Scrum
  
• Experience as a Product
  
• Experience in designing and developing requirements within a Microsoft Azure solution
