In this position you will be responsible for managing and leading the organization on the Your work location is BADEN (Aargau, Switzerland).

Tasks

You work together with 31 employees as their Head of and ensure its continuous development and training by your own hands-on

You have the overall responsibility for the implementation of the contracts, on the one hand towards the customer, on the other hand towards the company

You are responsible for the customer relationship and understand the customer and your own company

You have the overall responsibility for OHSE, for quality and related processes

You support the near-by business

You are responsible for the development of and compliance with budget guidelines

You know your numbers (Safety, KPI, Finance)

You put a strategy plan in place

You take care about the safety

Requirements

Requirements

You have a strong leadership personality and skills, but you are also a team player

You have a basic electromechanical or mechanical training with further training

You have several years of management experience and a strong customer and service orientation

You have up-to-date IT user knowledge (MS Office, ERP)

You also have a very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

Willingness to make occasional business trips

Familiarity with high standards in occupational safety, health management and environmental protection

Great interest in Industry and digitization

You think out of the box, but also know your business hard skills, so you can combine the best of old work and new work
