Engineering Manager – Security

To reinforce my client’s engineering development team I am looking for an Engineering manager in Geneva Switzerland.
Responsibilities
As a member of my client’s team you'll be a key player in making the engineering development team who work on the product the best tool for Code Quality and Security they are in charge to provide new features that help users write better software and delivering a high quality and amazingly powerful and popular opensource product.
As an Engineering Manager you will be leading the elaboration of the squad's annual and quarterly objectives in close collaboration with the Go To Market Department while contributing to and overseeing technical architecture and engineering direction
Your missions are:
Qualifications and technical skills
Preferred qualifications
BSc. or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
Requirements
You have relevant experience in the security of application domain. You know most of the common types of vulnerabilities. You have a developer mindset and are able to produce secure code reviews and jump in the codebase.
You have at least 3 years in leadership / Team management role.
Main Skills:
You will be working in English so you must be fluent/bilingual !
You are autonomous proactive and have good communications skills. You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills and want to join a fast growing company!
