Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking online and offline
Technically strong IT training
Should have worked on some application development during his tenure in the IT company(optional).

may have hands-on and training experience in programming /developing for at least 3 (optional)
Should have experience as a technical trainer in any corporate/academic or as a freelancer of 2
Should have strong verbal and written (technical) communication
Conduct Training sessions and drive placement-driven quality in the
Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed(not required for freelancers).
Assessing training needs, preparing training schedules and classroom agendas, and creating training
Develop course content according to objectives
Excellent knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Monitor and analyze the results of training programs
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Tracking and communicating students' advancement throughout the course
