Our Portugal team is looking forward to welcomingManagersto our low-code Application team to be responsible for the overall delivery and Business Development of customer You will lead our multiple streams of development to take our clients to the next

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Develop transformation strategies and work-plans for client operations
  
• Lead project teams and ensure that delivery dates and milestones are met with agreed metrics
  
• Coordinate and leverage broader teams to support in executing agreed strategy
  
• Project manage and implement operational excellence program day to day
  
• Line management responsibility and a role in career development of other application engineers
  
• Identify new business opportunities for implementation outside of the scope of application engineering
  
• Deliberately seek out opportunities to cross-sell other product lines/services and account expansion Automation and LEAN, Advisory, Automation Engineering (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, BPM), Process & Task Mining, Managed Services, Converge, etc)
  
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities
  
• Contribution and expansion of the Centre of Excellence where
  
• Take a lead role in enhancing Roboyo s presence in the vendor
  
• Take a lead role in enhancing Roboyo s internal solution design and knowledge-sharing programs
  
• Identify areas where case studies could be created and contribute to their content
  
• Identify and build applications that can be marketed and sold to prospective
  
• History of success on cross-functional teams; experience building products using agile methodologies (pair programming, stand-ups, planning sessions, and sprints)
  
• Passion for mentoring/developing others and experience leading teams through post-sale software implementation
  
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  

Requirements

Experience and skills that you can use at Roboyo:

• University or equivalent degree ( or ) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  
• At least 5 years of experience in hand s on application development in the Appian BPM suite / Mendix and application-level architecting, designing, and development activities, with a good understanding of Appian architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English - additional language skills are a plus
  
• Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java
  
• Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential
  
• Experience with other automation technologies (RPA, IDP, Conversational , ) of great advantage
  
• Experience in Service Design Methodology, UX/CX principles, and Product Owner role is advantageous
  
• Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
  
• Understanding of company processes, with experience in process consulting, is advantageous
  
• Willingness and ability to travel at client site
