HIRING - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (Luxury Home & Office Furnitures)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Island)

The Company is in search of a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER with experience in luxury furniture sales in Nigeria for both residential and commercial

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business She will be charged with the responsibility for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the HR department, plan and developnew recruitment strategies, oversee staff benefits, and more

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, direct & effectively supervise the entire employee on all routine functions & business

Developing & implementing hr strategy & initiatives aligned with overall business

Must hold a minimum of bachelor s degree (BSc) in humanities or related fields such as business management, Finance, education, information technology from any recognized university in Nigeria or abroad with a minimum grade of a high degree in human resources will be an added
