Job Description
Generate New Maintenance contracts and retrofit jobs
? Should have thorough knowledge and experience in estimating and tendering small-size HVAC projects and Maintenance Jobs
? Should have knowledge and experience in planning and executing small-size HVAC jobs, ensuring completion of the jobs as per the main contract plan or as per the contract agreement with the client in coordinating with various parties involved.
? Maintaining the existing maintenance contract and retaining the customer.
? Monitor the jobs closely and control the cost
? Plan and implement the PPM for maintenance jobs on time.
