• Advise leaders, hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
• Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks
• Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
• Cooperates with and advises P&O operations and P&O business partners or line management in related matters.
