Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and perform work under general direction from the site IT manager and in-line with GMIT policies and procedures
• Support GM managed LAN and WAN network infrastructure Hardware
• Support Wireless network and end device configuration / replacement
• Support the GM managed Supplier network
• Support Voip and analog phone devices
• Interface with plant engineering / maintenance for network support
• Interface to the plant business personnel, outside vendors, launch teams, as well as the Global IT staff
• Perform and Support network Change Controls as required
• Maintain plant network and device documentation
• Troubleshoot all network incidents and device issues
• Perform CISCO Devices configuration / replacement
