Job Description
1. Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities.
2. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
3. Communicate with guests or staff to resolve any AC maintenance issues.
4. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
5. They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
6. They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
7. They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
