Then this job is for you! Our client wants to insource their customer service hub together with you. You may think of it as a call center but way better! Are you ready to become an ambassador and play an essential part in the Customer Success?! Then don't hesitate to apply directly!

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

  • Represent the brand and be the first go-to person for customers
  • Stay tuned on all products/services offered, and be a crucial part of customer retention
  • Identify, escalate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with the help of digital tools and your ability to service the customer
  • Work together with experts to solve complex customer requests
  • Participate in regular training to build expert knowledge on products/services to provide the best customer service possible
  • Support developing the internal service hub by introducing your own initiatives

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to understand complex automotive products/services
  • Native in Arabic ME + Proficient in English (further language skills advantageous)
  • Motivated and empathetic personality, but also assertive and self-confident
  • Well-structured and self-dependent working style
  • Applicable experience in customer service and knowledge in the automotive industry is a PLUS
