Customer Support for Streaming Platform (Finnish Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support for Streaming Platform will be:

You will make a vital contribution to the company by:
Assisting customers via email & chat
Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
Collecting and maintaining customer data

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Are you customer service-oriented, have good communication skills, are proactive and a team-player? Then you are what we're looking for!

You have a near-native level of Finnish and a high level of English
You have good customer support skills
You have an interest in the sports field
You are punctual and reliable

A full-time job on-site with 39h per week

Fixed shifts Monday - Sunday, with two days off. (Morning 9-17 or afternoon 14-22)
