Our client has built their successful store in Clayton, VIC over the past 18 years based on a strong platform of customer service & a passion for supplying wall material and solutions to the trade, commercial and residential builders. Being a BGC Plasterboard & Fibre Cement Distributor they have a wide range of both internal & external wall cladding products from some of Australias most trusted brands.

About the Role

• Lead a small team to achieve company goals
  
• Focus on customer satisfaction, retention & Relationship Building
  
• Manager trade and Retail Counter Sales including orders
  
• Coordination of logistics & Procurement
  
• Stock management
  
• Quotes and Enquiries
  
• Stong Sales Management recognising opportunities and forecasting
  
• Liaise with stakeholders internal and external
  
• Motivate and support your team
  

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Must have trade-sales experience
  
• Basic understanding of construction & wall cladding highly desirable
  
• Experience in a similar role essential
  
• A positive attitude and passion in driving sales
