Part-time Data Entry Clerk - Entry level

We are looking for a data entry clerk from Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6:30pm with some additional hours as required. Willing to train, however, adequate computer skills are an asset.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software in a timely manner and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Learning the Inventory Management Software used by the company
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Responding to information requests from authorized members
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements Include

• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$50.00 per hour
