Newly created role with one of our clients a leading algo trading firm based in Singapore
As the FX / FIX onboarding Developer you will be primarily responsible for Onboarding with an element of DevOps across the AsiaPac region. You will also be responsible for growing and optimizing the trading performance across several asset classes including FX, Precious Metals and Equities with a focus on FX.
Requirements
- Onboarding experience including FIX connectivity at a Tier 1 firm/bank
- Experience of Prime Brokerage documentation and workflow processes at a Tier 1firm/bank
- Experience in a DevOps role with abackground in FX strongly preferred
- Direct relationship management experience, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Exposure to Python and SQL for data manipulation
- Some professional experience programming in a type-safe language is helpful, e.g. Java, C#or Go
- Able to speak regional languages, including Japanese and Mandarin is strongly preferred
