Careersolve are working with a leading company who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the on a permanent basis based in Newton Aycliffe.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs)

The Main Duties of the Project Coordinator:
- Scheduling workloads with project manager
- Organising and ordering materials
- Typing up of contracts and quotes
- Collating price comparisons for materials
- Ensuring staff qualifications are kept up to date
- Ensure CHAS, Safecontractor and Constructionline are kept updated
- Creating RAMS
- Putting together project files
- Creating O&M Manuals
- Hold weekly project meetings
Skills & Experience required for the Project Coordinator:
- Have attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience of working with Purchase Order systems
- Work to deadlines
- Must be able to produce RAMS
- Experience of working in the Construction industry is essential
