Lingvano s mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people. The way we do that is by creating easy-to-use Sign Language courses for real-life situations.

To help us to connect more people to their Deaf relatives, friends or neighbors, we re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will take on a leading role in growing our user base in the U.S. and Canada. Tasks

  • Own existing user PPC acquisition channels (Google Ads and Apple Search Ads) and identify, explore and provide new opportunities to sustainably grow our user base in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to make sure that all marketing initiatives are fully integrated and provide a consistent brand experience for our learners.
  • Manage performance metrics (LTV, CAC, etc.) to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and brand recognition.

Requirements

  • Culturally sensitive performance marketer with at least 3 years of experience in driving user growth in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent storyteller with the ability to create highly engaging creatives and text copies.
  • On the pulse of American culture and the latest social trends.
  • Strategic thinker and excellent communicator who loves both the creative and analytical aspects of the job.
  • Outstanding English language skills (C2).
  • Customer-focused and a true desire to spend your time making a difference.

What makes you exceptional

  • Fluency in multiple languages, preferably Sign Languages
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing in a B2C, ed-tech and mobile first company.
  • Extensive track record of exceptional problem-solving- and project management skills.
  • Experience with app marketing software like mobile attribution partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Exceptional candidates have the chance for an individual performance-based compensation package.

This position is intended to be permanent, with 30-40 hours per week. Start immediately. The gross minimum salary based on 40 hours per week is 50,000 per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is very likely.
