Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads by actively approaching targeted business clients (by cold-calling, emailing, networking, social media approaching, etc.)
- Achieve sales target by assessing current business client s needs and following a defined selling process with potential leads
- Getting B2B clients abroad using the company services
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential leads and current business clients
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of potential leads
- Develop new methods or strategies to achieve the sales target
- Create proposal based on the sales target needs
- Create a weekly sales report
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current business clients
- Collaborate across the team to ensure the service standards are met
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a B2B environment
- Prior sales experience in an Education Tech/training company
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A critical thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work in a team
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and projects ownership
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
