A great opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast paced, growing and developing business based in Rowville for an experienced and flexible warehouse coordinator.
You will be a great organiser, communicator and experienced in working in a goods receivable and dispatch warehouse, able to easily use warehouse stock management software and scanners to manage and maintain accurate inventory records and be comfortable talking to customers, placing and taking orders. You must also hold a good understanding of work safety in a warehouse environment.
Requirements
No day is the same in this busy, thriving warehouse team and your role will include:
- Receiving goods, unpacking and allocating and transporting goods to the right location
- Creating a safe working environment at all times based on organised and methodical stock management
- Ensuring accurate monitoring and recording of stock, reordering and managing optimum stock levels and quality control
- Working closely with the Accounts team to ensure accurate recording of financial data
- General warehouse duties (e.g., order picking, wrapping products, packing, labelling & shipping)
- Exceptional time management & communication skills
