Position: Test Analyst (SDET) - Automation
Location: Santa Clara, CA(Day one onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description :
Selenium Automation:
- Testing Framework and annotation - Before and After annotations, groups, priorities, parameterization, Data providers, Timeouts, Invocation counts
- Automation Reports - Extent, Allure Report in the TestNG Projects
- Simple Automation Frameworks with POM and Page Factory
- Selenium Mouse action functions and problem statements on the same - Actions Class, JavaScript Executor.
- Handling dynamic web tables - Table along with real time Scenario and data.
- Handling Frames and Alerts - I frames, Alert Class and its examples
- TestNG Framework with Parallel execution - testing XML, Listeners, IRetryAnalyzers, TestNG suites, Cross browers, Parallel methods & Parallel classes execution.
- Data Driven and Keyword Driven Frameworks Overview
- Different wait statements and uses
- Testing Maven Integration concepts
- Different Locators in Selenium
- Different Assertions
Manual Testing Concepts:
- Types of Manual Testing Concepts
- Critical, high priority defects, Root causes
- SCRUM Methodologies
- Different testing Tools
- RTM and its uses
- Estimation efforts on Test design/ execution
- STLC phases?
- Concepts on QC & QA
- BDD and TDD Concepts
- Testplan preparation
- Reliability testing, Error & Recovery and Stability testing
- Troubleshooting of Logs and finding Root Cause Analysis
Python:
- Strong fluency in scripting using Bash, Python, or Ruby
- using test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of modern python test automation frameworks, including load-testing (robot, PyTest, locust)
- Experience in QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Working knowledge of Test and Project Management software, Version Control System (such as TestRail, Jira, git)
- Willing to learn new technology
